Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce further appointments to its team.
Liam Goddard joins Agilitas from private equity roles during the last ten years which include KKR and 3i, as well as in consultancy. Most recently Liam has completed several consultancy projects working alongside various private equity firms. Liam holds an MA in Computer Science from Churchill College, Cambridge.
Aleix Sumpsi comes to Agilitas after six years in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, in Madrid and most recently in London. He joined Morgan Stanley having completed a MSc in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain, as well as a MSc in Management from HEC Paris, France. Beside speaking Spanish and Catalan, Aleix also speaks fluent English and French, as well as Portuguese.
Agilitas is a highly experienced private equity team consisting of a number of former colleagues. They have over 90 years combined private equity experience and, since 1995, have advised on more than EUR1.5 billion of equity investments in 34 transactions across 11 European countries.
