Agilitas, a pan-European private equity firm, is pleased to announce three new senior appointments to lead its latest portfolio company, Danoffice IT, a global value-added reseller of Information Technology and Information Systems,following the successful buyout of the company in early December 2017.
Leif Vestergaard, has joined Danoffice IT as Chairman with effect from the date of the buyout. He has been CEO of EG A/S, a large Scandinavian software and IT services business, since 2004. His earlier career has included a number of roles with IBM Denmark and IBM Nordic.
Lars Baun Jensen joins Danoffice IT as CEO from Dell EMC Denmark where he was the General Manager, having joined the business in 2011. His earlier career included positions with Fujitsu and IBM.
Allan Malmos Jeppesen has been appointed as CFO of Danoffice IT. He was previously CFO at Alumeco A/S since 2011, following previous positions at HP Schou A/S and Dansk Generationsskifte A/S.
